1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement applicable between the xbaee online gaming platform ("Platform", "xbaee", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing or using the xbaee website at https://xbaee.cam, you fully agree to these terms.

The meaning of some important terms used in this document is described below:

• "Platform" refers to the xbaee website, all its services, games and features.
• "Account" refers to your personal profile registered as a member.
• "Real Money" refers to actual financial transactions conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

These terms are governed in compliance with Bangladeshi laws and regulations. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be a legally capable person with the right to enter into contracts on your own behalf.

2.2 Registration Process

xbaee may at any time request additional documents for identity verification, such as a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the account has been verified.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials, password and security codes confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone. You are solely responsible for all transactions made from your account.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the xbaee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. A minimum deposit amount of ৳500 (five hundred taka) applies for each method.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• xbaee is not responsible for delays in payment processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted until any active bonus wagering has been completed.
• xbaee reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• The option to cancel a withdrawal request may not be available.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the total of your deposit and bonus before making a withdrawal.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳2,200 × 20 = ৳44,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is cancelled.
• Keeping multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted.
• There may be minimum odds or other conditions for placing bets using a bonus, which are stated in the details of each offer.
• xbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

xbaee offers weekly cashback across three VIP levels. The Bronze level offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver level offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback, and the Gold level offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Progressing to a higher level depends on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback itself may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the xbaee platform are conducted fairly and impartially. The outcome of each game is determined neutrally using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, that round may be considered void.

The following points are part of the gaming rules:

• If a technical error is found in a game result, the related bet may be cancelled.
• The game providers' own terms and conditions apply alongside xbaee's terms.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaee platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other members.

xbaee reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account to investigate any suspicious activity. Relevant funds may be held during the investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

xbaee believes in responsible gaming and the mental and financial wellbeing of our members is our highest priority. Gaming should be enjoyed as a recreational activity and not in an excessive or addictive manner.

We provide the following protective measures:

• Members can set their own deposit or betting limits.
• A temporary break or self-exclusion option is available.

xbaee provides its services as a safe and reliable platform; however, xbaee is not liable for the following:

• Gaming losses due to internet connection disruptions.

• Financial losses resulting from your own negligence or mistakes.
• Data loss due to cyberattacks or hacking (although we always ensure the highest level of security).

Under no circumstances will xbaee's maximum liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

13 Changes to Terms

xbaee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice to your registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered your automatic acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you visit this page regularly.
